My mission is to make my clients become stronger versions of themselves. In order to be healthy for the long term, you need the mental and physical determination to move forward. The goal for my clients is not to be just barbell or dumbbell strong however to become Everyday Strong. When you need to perform everyday tasks, just being barbell or dumbbell strong aren't enough to keep your bodies in the best shape possible. The services I provide are dedicated into (3) three major areas:
Power Training: If you want to build armor on your body, you need to learn to produce power from your body. This training method ensures you build the foundation necessary to keep your body solid and upright. You will learn to "overload" your body so it can better respond to everyday tasks. If you do not have a strong foundation, your body will always breakdown.
Efficiency Training: Nobody wants to perform an exercise harder then what it seems. If you want to learn how to manage your training time, you must perform efficiently. This training method ensures that you are doing the exercise the right way so you do not waste time. This also means doing the correct training split(s). There are a variety of training splits to review to see what is best for you.
Strongman(Everyday Strong)/Endurance Training: Do you know that many of the errands people perform daily are based on Strongman/Endurance related tasks? You will learn to how to perform every tasks like carrying objects of different sizes, push/pull with the right muscle groups to increase overall muscular density & endurance. Your body will become leaner and meaner.
I also work with clients that have aspirations to be competitive in sport-specific athletics & weight-training related sports such as bodybuilding, power-lifting, and basic strongman.
All clients will receive an initial consultation to discuss goals in relation to health, fitness, and training along with a customized program.

The gym provides plenty of free weights & machines to complete everyday fitness activities including dumbbells ranging from 5lbs to 125lbs, & are accessible by car & public transportation.
Please note the following:
1. The gym opens at 5am Monday & operates 24hrs until Friday where it closes at 11pm. Saturday & Sunday are from 7am to 7pm.
2. If you want a gym tour; please schedule an appointment with me first prior to visiting the gym so we can view it together. If you decide to buy a gym membership; I can assist you in receiving a special rate.
3. In order to receive a free one week guest pass & receive the special rate, these are the conditions as per the gym:
You must not be a member & receive a one week guest pass from anyone else.You must not be a past Dolphin Fitness club member.You should setup an appointment with the personal trainer prior to arriving at the gym.For the special yearly rate, you must sign up under the guide of the personal trainer & do not sign up for a membership on your own.
4. The gym accepts cash & credit as forms of payment.
5. If you use a car; please note there's only alternate side parking (with or without meters) in the area. Please exercise caution when parking your car. If you utilize public transportation; the following three buses will leave you closest to the gym: Bx31 (Main Eastchester Rd. Bus), Bx21 (Stops at Eastchester Rd via Morris Park Ave), & Bx12 (Stops at Eastchester Rd via Pelham Pkwy).

2. I will do my best to research an available gym studio that might be closer to your location and book a rental spot in case you want to be personally trained there.
Personal Training Services at your Home
I do currently offer personal training services via your home's location. I respectfully understand that several people are not comfortable joining a gym and are very self-conscious when it comes to their bodies. There are also several people that do not have readily available access to a gym or due to their bodies' condition; they can't make it there. I am humble to bring these services to you. For these services, please take note of the following:
You are primarily responsible to have your own gym equipment. Primary examples are dumbbells, barbells, weight plates, resistance bands, mats, weighted vest, multi-angle bench press chair and some form of weight cage or rack.
I currently have some weight training equipment that can assist in your personal training journey.
Personal Training Services at your Home (with Fitness Center)
There are several homes or apartment complexes that contain Fitness Centers as an amenity. These free weights and machines can intimidate and overwhelm you especially if you do not know how to use the equipment and perform the exercises correctly. If you are not careful then this can lead to injuries and worst of all; feeling embarrassed. I have made some modifications to the website. On the "Services & Rates" section, the wording on the training packages have been simplified to make it easier for all visitors to understand. The "Number of Sessions" are now known as "Sessions" and "Number of Weeks" are now known as "Total Weeks". These small changes have enabled me to make the table along with its grids much more eye-friendly.

Major improvements have been made on the "Services & Rates" section in this website. In order to better serve the clients, I have introduced two new bundles: The "Flex Packs" and "The Quarterlies". The Flex Packs are no-contract packs of 5, 10, or 20 (30 & 45 minutes only) for individuals that want the flexibility of picking their training days. There is also a special flex pack of 15 only available for 60 minutes. The Flex Packs do expire at 60 training days (Monday-Friday only) from the date of your first workout.
The Quarterlies are 30 or 45 minute groups of 24 individual sessions for people that can only workout two days per week due to their busy lifestyle. The great thing about these Quarterlies is that the workouts last for a full quarter (3 months) therefore renewal doesn't occur until the quarter is completed.
These extra additions will serve the clients' interests more thoroughly and produce welcoming results for both client and personal trainer. For more details, visit the "Services & Rates" section. I have also tidy up the "Services & Rates" section with improved borders with colors and added color dividers to improve the display of the packages presented. I am currently in the works of creating an ultimate bundle that might surprise all visitors.

Several decorated improvements have been made on the website. The first are that the font styles for the title of each page have been modified to better reflect the website and that includes making the font sizes larger. The second is that on the "Services & Rates" section, I have made the following changes: The creation of titles or headlines for each service provided to make the visitors more aware and properly identifying Private 1-on-1 Training and Semi-Private Training. I have also provided basic explanations of each service and its overall purpose. The third improvement is that I have change the title of the "Training Splits" section from "Types of Training Splits" to "Popular Training Splits" to better reflect today's fitness market.

The Spring Season is finally here (though Winter made a huge comeback yesterday!). Fitness is an important component of our daily lives. The ability to physically maintain our bodies in order to look better and to perform everyday tasks are goals people have in mind. There is one thing however that we tend to underestimate at times and that is the value of our health. According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, Health means: the condition of being sound in body, mind, or spirit. Health does not view how physically capable you are of performing certain tasks or how good you look from the outside. Instead, health views itself by determining what you are doing to yourself from the inside. If your body, mind, or spirit are in shambles, your health suffers. It is pretty much impossible to be totally healthy when one of these three breaks down.
What we put into our body determines our overall health. One of the most well known health-related diseases is Alzheimer’s disease (closely associated as dementia). For many people, Alzheimer's disease is thought to be pass through via genetics from one family generation to the next however more studies are showing that less than 1% of recipients of this disease is from a genetic mutation. I came across an article from Dr. Lisa Mosconi titled "The road to Alzheimer’s disease is lined with processed foods" which explains in further detailed the correlation between what we put into our bodies and the effect of our health. Alzheimer's disease is most likely a direct result of years of poor nutritional habits, lifestyle choices, and stressful living. This is something that takes years to built up.
As a certified personal trainer; this is my overall opinion: If you put it into context, it makes perfect sense. Most diseases just don't appear "out of the blue" or "turn on the switch" as we get older. It is true that as we start aging, the way our bodies process things start to slow down however what we do with our lifestyle choices determines the state of health. When we eat the wrong types of food, our bodies tend to feel sluggish. When we do not sleep enough, our bodies feel tired. When our lifestyles become too stressful, our bodies release the hormone; Cortisol, which not only slows down muscle growth however also can add unwanted pounds as body fat and weakens our immune system. Do not underestimate the power of good nutrition. The American diet has become too refined with processed goods to make foods taste better and have longer shelf life. There are certain ingredients that we should avoid at least 99% of the time such as Trans-Saturated Fats and High-Fructose Corn Syrup. Trans-Saturated Fats expands the shelf life of many foods however shortens the life spans of our health (Oxymoronic, isn't it!). High-Fructose Corn Syrup is a combination of the sugar glucose that is modified with corn starch and corn syrup to create high fructose. These ingredients are easily absorbed in the bloodstream and are responsible for many health complications like weight gain, high LDL cholesterol, and increased liver stress.
It is important to take care of your health. When you have good nutrition, your physical and mental capabilities improve. When you add exercise to the equation; your mind becomes sharper, the body becomes stronger, and your spirit is positively elevated. If you want to live a life full of great memories and want to pass it to the next generation then it is time to better prepare your health so that the mind does not become mushed. What good is living a long life when you can not remember it?

I have made slight improvements to the website. The first thing you will notice now is the use of underlines for certain headings and titles. The founder of carrd.co is consistently making progress therefore the website will naturally upgrade to make things clearer. The underlines have been added to give a much more professional look when all visitors view this website. I have slightly condensed the image gallery's size to better display the images. In regards to the new gym, it is about 2x larger than its previous location and they will be adding more equipment for the near future. I will provide an update when it happens.

It has been some time since my last announcement. I have been working on a few projects (i.e. website building, taking P.T. education to improve readiness for myself and clients), etc... I am also dealing with personal injuries. The injuries I sustained cause me to push some projects back and place some of the personal training services on hold. I am hopeful that by the following 1 to 2 weeks, my body heals much better to resume personal training services for my clients. I am currently working on self-recovery and finding ways to work around the injuries. The most important thing about this is to protect the injury from further harm. I am looking forward to positive things for the near future.

I have some positive news and that is the injuries sustained are healing much better. For the past several weeks, the recovery tactics I have performed are easing my training process. I am currently open to provide personal training services. One thing I have learned over the years is that you never know when an injury might occurred. The constant breakdown of muscle tissue (that is in itself a form of Rhabdomyolysis) will always increase your chances of an injury and it does not matter whether your technique for the exercises are good or bad. There are variables involved when going through injuries. The most important thing is to how to recover from it without sabotaging the progress made from good training principles.

Good News! I will like to introduce the launch of my new website: www.muscise.com. This website is the result of some long-term planning to provide visitors with content such as blogs and videos. The website is still in "beta-mode" as not all the features have been implemented. As of now, some blogs are active and ready to be read. In the near future, I will be launching videos to help all clients and visitors with training tips that will be unique to all. I am still making decisions such as blog and video posting frequency. I do plan to keep the website design clean and simple. I still plan to keep my original site to help further my website presence.

I have made several website updates. The first update you will notice is at the bottom of the homepage and every page after, there is a "scan me" QR code (You must download the QR code app in order to scan it). I have realized that smartphone usage is rapidly on the rise. In order to meet that demand, I made it so anyone visiting the site will be able to scan and share it with others. The contents will not be disclosed however I believe once you scan it; it will be of great benefit.
The second update is that for all people between the ages of 18 to 23 that live as per the locations indicated at the homepage or services and rates sections, there will be a 15% discount applied to all training packages (excludes new client starter packages). This is my gift to all of you.
The third update is that I have included a "Mission Statement". I believe for all of my potential clients and visitors to this site; it is important to see where I stand at. I am always looking for ways to improve the rapport between the client and myself as the personal trainer.

This is not my usual announcement however I feel this is of great importance for all people. We live in the age of the Internet therefore we have to become more mindful when it comes to our data. I will like to stress the importance of our data being safeguarded especially from Big Tech companies such as Facebook and Google. You may not be aware however Facebook went through another data security breach around the end of September 2018 (09/25/2018 estimated date stamp) and fail to notify its users on time. This security breach is much worse than anticipated. Facebook may not admit it to the public however the accounts affected are estimated between 50 million to 100 million. This isn't your typical security breach where hackers got your e-mail address and passwords. This security breach involves the Facebook Login ID where you login by clicking on the widget and it looks something like this:
What makes this hack extremely dangerous is that hackers retrieved access of everything you have posted on Facebook especially your profile. The image displayed is an example where you see the Facebook widget along with Google, Twitter, and Linkedin. When you login via the company's widget; you are exposing everything you have associated with the company. When hackers gain the ability to retrieve your information this way; it is like exposing everything that's inside your wallet (virtual wallet is a better coin term). The hackers are also profiting by selling this information on the dark web. The other problem with this hack is that any websites or apps that are interconnected with Facebook are also affected by the data breach. This means applications like Instagram or Whatsapp are affected.
There is breaking news today that Google+ (product of Alphabet Inc aka Google) of a similar breach where at least 500,000+ accounts have been affected. The problem is that this one goes back as far as 2015. Google knows about it and now they have decided to shut down Google+ for good. The reason for the lack of notification until now is due to the fear of backlash received from the consumers. I have some breaking news! I have gladly added the Westchester County towns of Greenburgh, Rye, & Rye Brook as part of an extended area coverage to provide personal training services. One of the deciding factors for this decision is based on travel accessibility. I have realized these towns interconnect with each other. The other factor is that I want to expand my outreach to areas where my services might be in dire need. In certain areas, there are people who preferred to have personal training services given at their place of residence. Some of the areas do not have a local gym near by making it difficult for some to make necessary changes in their lives. I will like to aid these people by providing these services. I want to address a few updates to this site. The second update is that I made significant changes to the Contact section of this site. The modified version includes in depth information about providing personal training services via gym versus personal training services via the client's home location. I have made some updates to my additional website; Muscise. The first update are parts of the layout to give the website a cleaner and sleeker look. The boxes are now more square-like versus rectangle. I use the website's spacers to create that look. The second update is that the QR code received a small modification. You will need to download the QR code scanner app into your smartphone to see what's in it. The third and final update is that I have finally started uploading videos. This is probably one of my most important announcements. I will like to introduce the ability of all clients and visitors to pay the training packages of their choice now available online. I have been working on this project for several weeks and to be honest; learning some of the technical details aren't easy. I understand the importance of providing people with payment options that suits their needs. In order to make this happen; I created a new page titled "Payments". In order to install widgets like payment buttons; the page needed to start from scratch. For this website, I wanted to give the Payments page a clean look detailing each package appropriately on different containers, separate text boxes, etc... To find out how to make the online payments; visit that page for overall details. I will like to point out that for Individual Sessions and New Client Starter Packages, only cash or check payments are accepted; no credit cards. I have also installed some banners into the site and if it piques your interest; feel free to check it out for overall details. As of now, I am using PayPal to have the online payments processed due to its ease of use. I have been working on several projects for the past several weeks and have received some positive results. The first announcement is that my proficiency as a Certified Personal Trainer expands due to a course I've completed that enables me to provide my clients with optimal training methods to better serve their goals. This amplifies the ability to identify problems that my clients suffer through when it comes to different forms of exercise. I have also taken additional courses that better serve my clients in these areas: Nutrition, Weight Loss, Athletic Performance & Body-Part Specific Imbalance.
The second announcement is that I am certified through the year 2021 and this basically means I am available to better serve all my clients and visitors for a long time.
The third announcement is that I have provided additional information in regards to The Flex Packs. You will need to review this information at Services & Rates.
The final announcement is that until January 31, 2019, any person that tries the New Client Starter Package and decides to hire me as their Certified Personal Trainer; a 10% discount (as a form of a rebate) will be applied to any training package. It is a brand new year and that usually means new goals to fulfill. I am proud to announce especially for Bronx County clients and visitors that you can receive personal training services from me at Dolphin Fitness Clubs. It is accessible by car and public transportation. The challenge for my potential clients have been travel accessibility especially if they do not know how to drive or own a car. There are times where terminology does get in the way to effectively communicate with all people. I want to be sure that as a Certified Personal Trainer, the message is presented effectively to all of you.

The Old Flex Packs are no longer here. If you are under the old Flex Packs plan; you must complete your current cycle before applying for the new Flex Packs. The New Flex Packs are cost-friendly and provide at least double the amount of packs. The terms of the Flex Packs have not changed. Under the New Flex Packs; you have the option of selecting 10, 20, or 30 Flex Packs for 30 or 45 minutes or a special 25 Flex Packs for 60 minutes.
As the summer season approaches, it is important to take care of your health. One of the best ways to do this is by participating in ADL (Activities Of Daily Living). This simply means to become physically active in order to improve your fitness level. This improvement for your fitness level will usually lead into a healthier lifestyle of living. For older adults & seniors; this can be as simple as walking or going up or down a flight of stairs (use the handrail if your physical capabilities are limited). There is one principle however that takes precedence for ADL & that is strength training. Strength is the precursor all of us need to improve our physical capabilities. If you do not have the strength to perform the simplest of tasks (especially in settings where you perform alone); you will be going through all sorts of problems. The older we get; the faster our physical bodies break down. The increases in physical complications (osteoporosis, muscular atrophy, arthritis, etc...) all have one thing common; the persistent loss of strength. The more inactive you become; the weaker your body gets as a whole. To limit this, you must build up your strength.

The website went through some great updates. The business is proud introduce a new personal training style offering that will change how workouts can be provided possibly forever; Everyday Strong Mixers. Everyday Strong Mixers provide clients/visitors the opportunity to take charge by selecting their own individual workout type for that particular day (selection is subjected to time availability). For example, if you want to be personally trained however your time is severely limited then you can choose the Electric workout. If you have extra time on your hands and want to extend your workouts to an hour then you can choose the Economy workout. There are workout packs available starting from 15 packs to as much as 60 packs. The packs have a predetermined term period from 2 months to 4 months. Everyday Strong Mixers does not bound anyone to the traditional personal training time standards of typical training duration. You will leave refreshed and never feel bored of your workouts.

The new year is all about starting anew and fresh. I will like to start by thanking all of my clients (current & former) for entrusting me to be their Personal Trainer. Without any of you; the business does not move forward. I will like to give thanks to all of you for letting me handle the most difficult tasks when it comes to becoming healthier versions of yourselves. When all of you do this; the rapport between client and Personal Trainer becomes much greater. To build such rapport is a difficult however rare opportunity.
The overall successes we achieved last year have been nothing short of amazing. All of you have shined in very unique ways. From achieving personal bests from exercises such as the squat, bench, & deadlift, gaining 10lbs to 15lbs of quality muscle mass, & some losing at least 20lbs to 25lbs in 8 weeks are awesome.
A new feature displayed "Client Success Videos" is currently in construction. It will be up and running in a moment's notice. This page will display how all of my clients have achieved their fitness goals in various ways.

This is one of the most announcements ever provided on this site and that is the total shutdown of all gyms throughout New York State due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns. The New York State Governor issued a decree on Monday, March 16, 2020 that required what they deemed as "non-essential services" such as gyms to be closed at 8pm and not to be open until further notice. The Governor also stated that no more than 50 people can meet up into one location. As of Thursday, March 19, 2020; the Governor provided a new mandate that requires no more than 50% of the workforce can report to their job site.
The decrees issued provide are a huge disappointment as many clients will feel demotivated by the lack of exercise in order to improve their overall fitness level. The stronger your fitness level, the better your immune system can combat many foreign agents that float around the air on a daily basis. The business is currently looking at viable alternatives such as In-Home Personal Training and/or Semi-Private Personal Training as ways to provide great service to achieve the client's fitness goals.

This is the most important announcement as it serves as breaking news: All Personal Training Services will be suspended indefinitely until further notice. The New York State Governor as of Friday, March 20, 2020 will sign an Executive Order that mandates the whole workforce to stay home at 100% capacity effective Sunday, March 22, 2020. The Executive Order applies to what they considered as "Non-Essential" businesses. The restrictions that will be put in effect hinders the elderly even further. Please follow your local news for further updates about the Executive Order.
The Executive Order forces the business to be locked down until further notice. This reality will hit the business very hard especially for my clients and visitors. The business kindly ask for your patience through this hard process. As soon as everything passes, the business will be up and running once again.

The latest news is that the Federal guidelines provided by the Trump Administration have been extended until Thursday, April 30, 2020. In anticipation to this, the New York State Governor extended the shutdown for most businesses until Wednesday, April 15, 2020. This means that Dolphin Fitness Clubs will be closed at least until that day therefore no physical personal training sessions will be scheduled at this time. The business will be open to take on fitness consultations or inquiries via phone call, e-mail, or text if anyone is interested in personal training services for future workouts. If you are visiting this site for the first time and will like to receive weekly updates in regards to COVID-19 and business services; feel free to fill out the contact form located on the "Contact" page.
The business is currently looking into providing Virtual Sessions to anyone that are interested. It has been approximately 40 days since New York State started their lockdown. The bad news has been the extension of the New York State lockdown until May 15, 2020 which places the burden on many businesses on the brink of total elimination. The longer the lockdown persists, the worse everything gets. The glimmer of hope would be the April 30, 2020 announcement to be presented by the Trump administration. If any breaking news occurred, it would be displayed on the Home & Announcements page.
There has been some interesting developments from the Coronavirus in relation to overall health. For example, based on the preliminary data; the majority of people suffering from Coronavirus has at least one preexisting condition. The breakdowns are as follow:
53% of patients suffered from Hypertension
42% of patients suffered from Obesity
32% of patients suffered from Diabetes
The data presented underlines a very common issue that plagues many individuals: A compromised Immune System. When the body is healthy, the immune system does a great job combating germs and viruses however when compromised, the body becomes ill. One of the most important things I explain to my clients is the importance of maintaining a healthy body. A healthy body is a good body. To achieve a good body, the person must be physically active, have the proper nutrition based on their body's need, and sustain a lifestyle that does not elevate their body's stress level. The better you treat your body; the stronger the Immune System is.

Hackers have been able to steal password, e-mail addresses, and login information. The information has been to the Dark Web for money. The summer season is here and that means enjoying the great outdoors (except for the heatwaves). For at least 90 days have passed since New York City went through the original 15 day lockdown plan. Many things have happened however the most important thing is the state of your overall health. There are certain things that need to be addressed. New York State in general are going through four phases of reopening. For New York City, the first phase started on Monday, 06/08/2020. New York City on Monday, 06/22/2020 started Phase 2 of reopening however fitness centers are to remain closed. Unfortunately, New York State decided that businesses such as barbershops & auto dealerships are of higher precedence than fitness centers. As of this time, New York City is following a 2-week reopening phase strategy and if it stays on course then Phase 3 will begin by Monday, 07/06/2020.
Fitness Centers have been placed on Phase 4 which is the last phase. If the current reopening model projection stands as is; the estimated date for fitness centers to be reopened will be on Monday, 07/20/2020 (not yet confirmed). If anything changes; it will be disclosed here.
The business originally intended to provide virtual sessions however technological and locality restrictions are the main reasons the idea have been scrapped. The overall conditions to provide virtual services from the comfort of home are met with serious challenges. Based on earlier data received, the majority prefer to receive personal training services within the gym. The business is happy to note that the current clients are motivated at the very least to return to receive the services they truly desired. The business looks forward to serving current and potential future clients.
The business does not have any current information of when gyms will fully be reopened however there are some hypothetical challenges. The first hypothetical challenge will be crowd size limitations to utilize the gym. If this occurs, it will be very important for all current and future clients to book an appointment in advance through the website's homepage. By booking an appointment in advance, this will enable the business to reserve your spot accordingly. The second hypothetical challenge will be limited equipment usage due to business establishments being forced to maintain some form of social distancing between people. If this occurs then exercise programming will be somewhat limited in nature. The third hypothetical challenge can be a potential surge of people signing up for gym memberships. If this occurs; securing your appointment slot will be even more critical. The fourth hypothetical challenge will be the increased periodic cleaning done by the gym staff. The business asks all clients to be respectful to the gym staff as they are merely following guidelines addressed by the gym managers and owner (also due to NYS guidelines). You will need to exercise a bit more patience while the overall process starts to go back to normal. The fifth hypothetical challenge might be gyms being forced to restrict how long people can actually workout without interruptions. If this occurs, strategic coordination between clients, gyms, and this business are more essential than ever.
There will other hypothetical challenges such as locker room usage, showers, towel distribution, etc... If these things occur; the best thing anyone can do is to bring their own belongings. These things that might occur will most likely be temporary measures until the headline driven news cycle subsides. All businesses will return to normal within a moments notice.

The latest news serves a tremendous blow to all business owners alike as several counties have been preparing already to enter Phase 4 in upper NYS within 2 weeks time. Due to the latest news, NYC fitness centers and gyms will not likely be reopened until further notice. The majority of states placed Fitness Centers and Gyms on Phase 1 or Phase 2 of their reopening guidelines. It is truly the largest disappointment set of news ever presented and sends a very backward message to the health and fitness community. Fitness Centers and Gyms are not simply about working out however present greater opportunities to support the well being of people's emotional and mental health. As a personal trainer; this will always be my first duty. The cure is now worse than the disease and will have dire everlasting consequences.

The NYS Governor as of Monday, 08/17/2020 finally decides to let NYS Gyms operate at 33% maximum capacity effective Monday, 08/24/2020. Unfortunately, the NYC Mayor decides to keep all NYC gyms closed until further notice citing "Health & Safety" concerns. The excuse is very ironic as the fitness industry primarily focuses on the Health & Safety for all clients' bodies. The reopening of the NYS gyms will be solely dependent on your local jurisdiction therefore refer to them for confirmation. One thing that is very effective are the use of class-action lawsuits. More than 1,500 gym owners that represents at least 500 gyms sue the NYS Governor for pulling the gyms out of Phase 4 reopening and loss of revenue.
NYS Gyms have been unfairly shafted throughout the lockdown. Remember, the original intent of the lockdown have been to slow the spread for only 15 days. It is day 156 of the 15 day shutdown and the results have been devastating. The lockdowns have caused irreparable emotional, mental, and physical damage for many people throughout the state. Many adults between the ages of 18-27 displayed at least a 25% increase for contemplation of suicides. The enforcement of mask mandates have caused great anxiety for multitudes of the population. There are countless studies that have shown the ineffective of masks to slow the spread of any viruses. Respiratory droplets can go through the masks very easily including the famous N95 masks. If a mask is being worn for long periods (30 minutes or more); the chance of infection throughout the body will dramatically increase including conditions such as acidosis, bacterial growth throughout the face, and hypoxia. Do not wear a face mask while exercising as this will cause great stress throughout the lungs. This can lead to conditions such as a collapsed lung and even death. Please use commonsense measures when exercising.
History will not be kind to us as lockdowns have been the worse thing that happen in NYS history.

Dolphin Fitness Clubs (The Bronx location) have decided to keep it closed until further notice. There are several main reasons as most of them are business-related decisions. Dolphin Fitness Clubs have decided to keep the Brooklyn location open as they will be able to deal with the NYS guidelines much better. The Bronx counterpart does not have the same advantage nor it will be profitable enough to maintain the two locations open at this moment. The NYS restrictions such as the 33% maximum capacity makes it very difficult to be operable. Once it opens at full-capacity without the extreme guidelines; some personal training services will resume there.
This personal training business on the other hand is offering In-Home Personal Training as an alternative. The guidelines do not seem to effect In-Home Personal Training as it's only one-on-one for the most part. The business does have some light dumbbells and a barbell that fits the one-inch standard weight plates. Feel free to schedule an appointment if personal training services are needed.
